This is Art, our roof and storm damage inspector. He comes with high energy and is always ready to help in any way possible. He will inspect your attic and roof for damage while documenting what he finds along the way. Once he is finished he will suggest next steps. If he verifies storm damage on your roof then he will document a “Test Square” and recommend that you contact your insurance provider. We work hand in hand with your insurance provider so all you have to do it make the initial phone call. One the Insurance Inspector (adjuster) comes out to inspect your roof, our inspector Art will meet with them on your behalf to ensure all damages are documented and addressed. We advocate for our customers to ensure proper and fair evaluations when storm damage is present. We are always happy to help!

Here is where we really get a good idea of the actual roof damage or storm damage you may have. In order to ensure that we meet the requirements of your insurance provider, we complete a “Test Square” and document our findings. A “Test Square” allows us to see exactly how much damage your roof has in a 10×10 area. We typically do this on the front, left, right, and rear of the home. If we can identify enough appropriate damage on your roof and document it, we have a very high chance of getting your roof approved by insurance. We use chalk to document the damage we find on your roof. Don’t worry, this chalk washes away very easily!

Schedule Your Roof Replacement
You’ll schedule your installation date with Jeffrey or Courtney from our local office in Pendleton. They will either call and schedule or come by and visit with you in person. Which ever you prefer is what they will do. They will bring all your paperwork and answer any questions you may have about your new roof, warranties, or just the process in general.

Removal Of Old Roofing Material…
Our crew will arrive between 7:30am and 8:30am to begin working. They will start by organizing and laying out their materials for the project. Once tarps are laid, ladders are placed, and everyone is in position, we will begin removing old roofing material. We start with tearing off all the old shingles and any underlayment. We fully expose the decking to ensure it is in good enough condition and doesn’t need to be replaced. Our crew makes this look so easy but bare decking (especially when wet in the morning) is very slick and offers no real texture or grip. We commend them for their workmanship and technique.

Once all the old roofing material has been removed and disposed of, our crew will replace any decking needed before installing underlayment and Ice/Water Shield.
